International Shipping Rates And Information
International shipping is a flat rate of $45*
* Please Note: That some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately applies to orders with large quantities of boots and shoes. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.
Free Shipping does not apply to International orders.
Exchange Information (Exchanges only)
- We accept exchanges postmarked within 30 days of the date your package ships from us.
- Exchanges must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you
- Cosmetics, Gift Card, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights, Socks, or Final Sale items may not be exchanged.
- For health purposes, hygienic liners in swimwear MUST be intact with no signs of removal upon receipt of exchanged items.
